The SEC should grant the application for the new Exchange
IEX.
This is so important. This exchange would help to reestablish confidence in the American securities markets.
The confidence that has been lost due to electronic trading
and other forms of market manipulation in very much a part of the American distrust of our systems.
There is no reason the SEC should not allow for further
transparency and better visibility for our American markets.
