Having been an investor in the stock market for 30+ years, I must say I have become increasingly concerned about the massive daily moves,"flash crashes", and the ability of high frequency traders to influence buy/sell transactions. I believe myself, along with thousands of others, have lost a degree of trust in the markets as a result of these factors. I see IEX as an alterative and would support their platform as a means to achieving "honest trades". I would recommend your approval.
