Dear SEC,
Please allow IEX to compete for my equity execution business. I currently feel like I do not receive the most competitive price when trading equities. A level playing field should be the ultimate goal of the SEC. Co-location and other tricks to see order flow before execution should be abolished. In the name of fairness, transparency and ethical practices, please approve the application.
