Dear beloved SEC,
IEX should not be a protected quote because I dont want the chance to have my orders executed on a fair market that does not provide select participants with speed advantages.
I do want my orders to be subject to latency arbitrage. The people need this
I love to have internalizers who price my orders at SIP prices instead of direct feed prices.
All loves to Citadel. They are the best. Leave Citadel Alone.
Anyone should use these speedbumps because everyone wants to drive carefully home, right. Make enlargement of microseconds available in speedbumps from routers adjustable for everyone's needs please.
All authorities shouldn't fine PTF's, instead reward them for keeping up the economy. The SEC and others should pay back the already paid fines with interest on top, this is plain criminal to fine this industry.
