Exchange designation for IEX should be approved as they advance the execution abilities for non speed merchants such as individual investors like me. You should also eliminate the front running executions ahead of my orders by .0001 cents per share or let me execute orders in .0001 cent increments. Eliminate speed and .0001 favoritism of large pros against individual investors.
