The IEX application absolutely deserves to be approved. Bring back fair and honest play to the markets along with real price discovery. HFTs are predatory to the advantage of the few (BB insiders) and at the expense of the many. Simply put, HFTSs are parasites infecting the markets and the SEC needs to step up and protect the interests of the many, not the few with political and financial influence.
