I believe IEX's exchange application should move forward as quickly as possible. The SECs mandate should be to instill the publics trust and confidence in the markets something that's been sadly lacking of late.
IEX's unique innovations represent one of the tools that can help rebuild that trust by helping to protect traders/investors from the predatory practices that exist in the current exchange environment.
