Please make IEX an exchange. It's a step in the right direction to bring fairness back to the markets. Many of us are aware of the reasons this is a hard decision for you to make. But doing the right thing shouldn't be a hard decision. I enjoy trading stocks and am sad to see the direction things have gone. IEX can be the beginning of positive change. Thank you for considering my comment.
