I support IEX becoming a public exchange. All of the other comment letters in support of IEX give great reasons, and I do not wish for my letter to be redundant. The only people opposed to IEX are HFT's. I see IEX as the first step toward securing a more fair market environment for the future. Thank you for this opportunity.
