I firmly recommend a change be made to the excessive pressure some institutions have on trading fills and I fully support IEX's efforts to become an exchange which will offer a more "level paying field" alternative to the status quo. Many say the SEC is an ineffective institution in that it is reactionary and not proactive...SEC, you have the opportunity to now be both. The protected quotation is beneficial to the market...it's as simple as that. I plan on using IEX as soon as you do what's right here...PLEASE
