It's time the SEC take a stand for the average investor instead of being swayed by the lobbyists. Wall St is rigged as shown in the book "Flash Boys" and it's time to fix it. Please approve IEX's application to become an Exchange with a protected quotation. It's time for the SEC to standup to the high frequency traders that are ruining Wall St
