A brief note on the IEX application. You have read the reports & formed an opinion. Yours is a considered point of view reached by an able person.
I am hopeful that you and your fellows endorse the application of IEX. More competition, it's American. Besides, really, there seems to be something amiss in the whole process: the bids, spreads, limit orders, stop orders, the spoofers.
You can begin to heal the process, through competition and transparency.
