To Whom it May Concern:
On behalf of myself, my family, and other retail investors like me, please approve the Investors Exchange application to become a national stock exchange with a protected quotation.
I feel it's necessary for the SEC to allow at least a single stock exchange that does not offer select participants a way to pay for faster technology that can be used to take advantage of other investors.
I intend to ask my my multiple retail brokers the option to allow me send my orders to IEX. I intend to use the IEX router because I often enter larger orders that result in an impact to the price of my trades.
