(NYSE: B), announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the nitrogen gas springs business of Teledyne Fluid Systems, an Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated company (NYSE: ALT), for the Associated Spring business unit of Barnes Group Inc.
