On February 27, 2009, the Company eliminated the position of Chief Accounting Officer held by Charles Michel. Mr. Michel’s last day in the Chief Accounting Officer role was February 27, 2009. Mr. William A. McWhirter II, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will also serve as the Principal Accounting Officer.
