On January 13, 2004, the board of directors of the Registrant received a follow-on report from the fact-finding firm, The Bradlau Group of Morristown, NJ, which it had retained to perform an independent process review and evaluation of the overhaul and repair operation of its Breeze-Eastern division. Following a review of that report, the Registrant has begun to implement a corrective action plan to address deficiencies identified in the overhaul and repair operation of its Breeze-Eastern division which implements recommendations contained in both the preliminary and follow-on reports of The Bradlau Group.
