Note 6 – Property, Plant and Equipment, net

Property, plant and equipment consists of the following:

Machinery, fixtures and equipment having a net book value of $2.0 million and $2.2 million at September 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, respectively, were pledged as collateral under various financing agreements.

Depreciation expense for property, plant and equipment for the nine months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020 was $187,000 and $194,000, respectively.  Depreciation expense for property, plant and equipment for the three months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020 was $56,000 and $59,000, respectively.
