On October 4, 2007, NYFIX, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the date of its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 10, 2007, the Company issued a press release reporting the introduction through its NYFIX Securities Corporation broker-dealer subsidiary of a Commission Management Program.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
