Bard, Inc. announced today that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined that provisions of the Applications Integrity Policy (AIP) should be applied to its USCI division. Consequently, FDA has suspended its review of pre-market applications that have been submitted by the USCI division and which are currently pending clearance by the Center for Devices and Radiological Health.
