Income Taxes	Note 3 — Income Taxes The Company is subject to taxation in the U.S. and various state and foreign jurisdictions. The Company remains subject to examination by U.S. federal and state and foreign tax authorities for the years 2017 through 2019. The Company’s consolidated effective income tax rate was 25.5% and 27.8% in second quarter 2021 and 2020, respectively, and 24.9% and 24.0% in first half 2021 and 2020, respectively.
