Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 23, 2007, Alanco Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing
estimated revenues in excess of $15 million for its 2007 fiscal year nine
months ended March 31, 2007.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
