     KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that each of the undersigned directors and officers of The Timken Company, an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), hereby (1) constitutes and appoints James W. Griffith, Glenn A. Eisesnberg, William R. Burkhart and Scott A.
