Other Events. On January 21, 2010, Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a 18% increase in the quarterly dividend rate on its Common Stock. This action increases the rate from $0.17 per share to a new rate of $0.20 per share, effective with the next payment in April. Registrant also announced that the repurchasing of its shares of Common Stock will resume. The current program has $402 million of its Common Stock available for repurchase.
