Subsequent Events	S. Subsequent Events On October 31, 2014, Teradyne completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Avionics Interface Technologies, LLC (“AIT”) located in Omaha, Nebraska, for approximately $18.9 million and up to $2.1 million payable upon achievement of certain revenue and gross margin targets through December 31, 2016. The fair value of assets and liabilities acquired has not been disclosed because Teradyne has not completed the valuation. AIT is a leading provider of equipment for testing state-of-the-art data buses. The acquisition complements Teradyne’s Mil/Aero line of bus test instrumentation for commercial and defense avionics systems. AIT will be included in Teradyne’s System Test segment.
