Related Parties The Company has obtained marketing and sales services from a brother-in-law of the Company’s CEO with the related fees and commissions amounting to $115,942 and $145,446 for the years ended March 31, 2024, and 2023, respectively. On March 31, 2024, $66,155 was due this individual, which is included in accounts payable in the accompanying consolidated balance sheet.
