Supplemental disclosure of non-cash financing activities:

a)  Upon adoption of ASC 842, Leases, on April 1, 2019, the Company recorded $508,551 of right-of-use assets and related operating leases liabilities . Additional ROU asset and liability was recorded after adoption. The Company recorded $1,830,858 of right-of-use assets and related operating leases liabilities for the year ended March 31, 2021.

b) The Company’s PPP loan was forgiven by the SBA in the amount of $722,577.
