Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 7 – Line of Credit In March 2020, Bank of America extended the line of credit to January 31, 2021. The new agreement includes a line of credit up to $690,000. Monthly payments are interest only. The line is collateralized by substantially all of the assets of the Company. In December 2020, the Company paid the balance of the line of credit in the amount of $680,000. As of December 31, 2020 and March 31, 2020, the outstanding balances were $-0- and $680,000, respectively. As of December 31, 2020 the remaining availability under this line is $690,000. The bank has extended the expiration of the line of credit to March 31, 2021 to allow time to complete the underwriting of the renewal.
