Registrant was not able to obtain all information prior to filing date and management could not complete the required financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis of such financial statements by August 14, 2017.

		The Company has experienced a decline in revenues as a result of completing its three major programs and also shows an increase in litigation costs as a result of the trial that took place during the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
