On March 26, 2015, Tel Instrument Electronics Corp. (“Tel” or “Company”) reported receipt of a $775k order from Lockheed Martin for 21 CRAFT units with delivery scheduled for the first and second quarter of the 2016 fiscal year.

The Company also announced that it will release unaudited fourth quarter revenues next week.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

East Rutherford, NJ – March 26, 2015 – Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp (“Tel”, “Tel-Instrument” or the “Company”) (NYSE MKT: TIK) today reported receipt of a $775k order from Lockheed Martin for 21 CRAFT units with delivery scheduled for the first and second quarter of the 2016 fiscal year.
