On February 6, 2012, the Board of Directors of Technical Communications Corporation declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock payable on March 15, 2012 in cash to all shareholders of record on March 1, 2012. A copy of the press release dated February 7, 2012 describing such dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein.
