(the "Company") issued a press release providing its earnings and other financial guidance for the 2005 fiscal year and announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a 20 percent increase in the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend effective for its first quarter 2005 dividend payable in May 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
