On November 7, 2008, RadioShack Corporation issued a press release announcing its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.25 per common share, payable on December 17, 2008, to shareholders of record on November 28, 2008.  A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
