Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 12 – Subsequent Event: Effective May 1, 2022, the Company, through BAMKO, closed on the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Guardian Products, Inc. (“Guardian”) of Norcross, Georgia. Guardian is a branded merchandise company that is one of the leading providers of promotional products to automotive dealers nationwide. The purchase price for the acquisition consisted of the following: (a) cash at closing, subject to working capital adjustments, (b) the potential for future payment in additional contingent consideration through May 1, 2025, and (c) the issuance of restricted shares of the Company’s common stock that vest over a three-year period.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
