Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On May 16, 2017, as part of a previously-announced share repurchase program, Superior Uniform Group, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a trading plan with Barrington Research Associates, Inc. pursuant to Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, which provides for the Company to repurchase shares of its common stock, subject to the terms of the plan, for the period beginning May 17, 2017 through August 1, 2017, unless earlier terminated.
