– Supplemental Cash Flow Information:

Cash paid for income taxes was $3,927,000and $5,274,000, respectively, for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2016 and 2015. Cash paid for interest was $512,000 and $357,000, respectively, for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2016 and 2015.

During the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, the Company received 12,598 and 14,571 shares of its common stock as payment of the exercise price in the exercise of stock options for 35,984 and 50,224 shares.
