– Supplemental Cash Flow Information:

Cash paid for income taxes was $5,274,000and $3,284,000, respectively, for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2015 and 2014. Cash paid for interest was $357,000 and $301,000, respectively, for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2015 and 2014.

During the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the Company received 14,571 shares of its common stock as payment for the exercise of stock options for 50,224 shares.

During the nine months ended September 30, 2014, the Company received 10,128 shares of its common stock as payment for the exercise of stock options for 20,408 shares.
