SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 12 — SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 25, 2011 the Company announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.0875 per share. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 1, 2011.
