Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 6, 2022, Vice President of Brewing David L. Grinnell entered into an individual trading plan pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, covering proposed sales of up to an aggregate of 2,975 shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock. The purpose of the 10b5-1 plan is to provide liquidity and investment diversification.
Additionally, on May 9, 2022, Chief Sales Officer John C. Geist amended his March 2, 2022 10b5-1 plan to extend the trading end date.
Once executed, transactions under the 10b5-1 plan will be disclosed publicly through Form 4 and/or Form 144 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission to the extent applicable.
