Item 5.02 Departure of Certain officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensator Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 17, 2018, Jonathan N. Potter advised the Company that he intends to step down from his position as Chief Marketing Officer effective July 31, 2018. The details of Mr. Potter’s departure have not otherwise been finalized at this time, but will be disclosed in the future as appropriate.
