S.	Related Party Transactions

The Company has entered a lease with the Dogfish Head founders and other owners of buildings used in certain of the Company’s restaurant operations. The lease is for ten years with renewal options. The total payments due under the initial ten year term is $3.6 million. Total related party expense recognized for fiscal 2019 was approximately $183,000.

In addition, for fiscal 2019, the Company incurred expenses of less than $30,000 to various other suppliers affiliated with the Dogfish Head founders.
