The Company evaluated subsequent events occurring after the balance sheet date, December 29, 2012, and concluded that there was no event of which management was aware that occurred after the balance sheet date that would require any adjustment to or disclosure in the accompanying consolidated financial statements except for options and awards granted in January 2013 as disclosed in Note N.
