Accumulated other comprehensive loss represents cumulative currency translation adjustments and amounts of unrecognized actuarial gains or losses related to the Company sponsored defined benefit pension plan and post-retirement medical plan, net of tax effect. Changes in accumulated other comprehensive loss represent currency translation adjustments due to exchange rate fluctuations in the period and actuarial losses or gains, net of tax effect, recognized as components of net periodic benefit costs.
