The company's first revenues of $770,000 were recognized in the Year ended
December 31, 2000, compared to no revenues being recognized in the Current year
ended December 31, 2001 due to the disposal of all corporate assets, including
the company's proprietary software, and the cancellation of all contracts
receivable.
