Related Party	As discussed in Note 1 above as Spinoff of Here to Serve Technology, LLC, the Company sold certain of its assets of Mobile Science Technologies, Inc. (MSTI), which is a related party. MSTI is related in that it has common shareholders with the Company. Related to this spinoff, there were certain consulting/professional expenses incurred by the Company after the spin-off due to commitments made prior to the spinoff. These expenses ($427,570) were recorded as professional fees included in Selling, general and administrative as they are not recoverable from the affiliate.
