Subsequent Events	We have evaluated all subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued. Century names new Vice President – North America Operations On August 4, 2011, we announced that John Hoerner has been named Vice President - North America Operations, effective September 1, 2011. Mr. Hoerner comes to Century from RUSAL, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Kubikenborg Aluminium in Sundsvall, Sweden (Kubal) as well as General Director of Finished Production for the Western Division of RUSAL.
