Amendment of 2006 Equity Plan

     On July 12, 2007, our board of directors (the “Board”) adopted, and our stockholders approved, an amendment to our 2006 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The amendment increased the number of shares of our common stock available for issuance pursuant to awards under the Plan to a limit of 700,000 shares.
