(1) Net revenues were adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, including as a result of temporary store closures and reduced traffic and consumer spending trends. The Company’s wholesale customers also experienced significant business disruptions as a result of the pandemic, resulting in a significant decrease in the Company’s revenue from both channels.
