Bergh, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Marc Rosen, Executive Vice President and President of Levi Strauss Americas, are members of the Board of Directors of the Levi Strauss Foundation, which is not a consolidated entity of the Company. Seth R. Jaffe, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, is Vice President of the Levi Strauss Foundation. During the three and six months ended May 24, 2020, the Company donated $0.4 million and $9.1 million, respectively, to the Levi Strauss Foundation as compared to $0.4 million and $8.9 million for the same prior-year periods.
