RELATED PARTIES	RELATED PARTIES Charles V. Bergh, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Marc Rosen, Executive Vice President and President of Levi Strauss Americas, are members of the Board of Directors of the Levi Strauss Foundation, which is not a consolidated entity of the Company. Seth R. Jaffe, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, is Vice President of the Levi Strauss Foundation. During the three months ended February 23, 2020, the Company donated $8.7 million to the Levi Strauss Foundation as compared to $8.5 million for the same prior-year period.
