INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES The effective income tax rate was 32.3% for the three months ended February 26, 2017, compared to 33.4% for the same period ended February 28, 2016. The decrease in the effective tax rate in 2017 as compared to 2016 was primarily due to lower tax rates on foreign earnings.
